Zenoro doesn’t stop at delivering a marine generator set. We add more value; this includes factory and extended warranty, a worldwide service network, crew training, and direct access to parts. These add up to one thing: a marine generator that runs reliably, with virtually no downtime, wherever the yacht happens to be.

Warranty

All Zenoro product lines carry a factory warranty and are eligible for an extended warranty. It’s part of how we build: in-house, tested before a set leaves Ravenstein, and backed by the same team that designed it. We back that confidence with several optional extended warranty packages. Service

Maintenance, overhauls, troubleshooting, repairs, and refits are what we do, with or without a service contract, and our specialists also handle (online) start-up support and commissioning. We schedule maintenance flexibly, at your convenience. Abroad? No problem, we will come to you!

Parts

Genuine parts keep a generator set running as designed for its full service life. Many parts are available from stock and shipped worldwide. Existing customers can order directly through our webshop; for everyone else, the contact form connects you to our parts team, who will help find the right part for your generator. Whether you carry out maintenance yourself or rely on our service team, the right part is always within reach.

Zenoro dealers

We are a preferred supplier to a number of shipyards. Distributors, dealers, and agents represent Zenoro marine generators worldwide. These are sales partners for new-build and refit projects. We are always open to companies that want to join the Zenoro dealer network.
