Power range

Zenoro generator sets cover a power range from 55 kWe up to 1.5 MW, split across three segments that follow the superyacht size, electrical load, and classification requirements rather than one fixed configuration. Every set is designed, built, and tested in-house in Ravenstein. Below 130 kWe, the platform is pre-engineered and supplied from stock; above 130 kWe, each set is custom-built for the specific project.

< 130 kWe

For superyachts up to 40 meters, engine room space is limited and calls for a compact design. Sets in this range are pre-engineered and supplied from stock, leading to a short lead time. For reliable performance the generators are built on the John Deere platform. This range is configured for auxiliary or emergency duty on board.

130 - 300 kWe

For a superyacht between 40 and 60 meters, the generator set carries part of the vessel’s day-to-day electrical load and takes over automatically if the main plant fails. Every set in this range is custom-built on the John Deere platform, with mounting, coupling, and interconnections worked out project by project. IMO Tier III applies as standard, with Xeamos aftertreatment seamlessly engineered into the enclosure.

> 300 kWe

From 60 meters and up, the generator set is sized to match the yacht’s full demand and capability profile. Variable-speed sets feed diesel-electric or hybrid propulsion; fixed-speed sets carry hotel load and general service power. Built on proven engine platforms, with Xeamos aftertreatment seamlessly engineered into the enclosure and mounting matched to noise and vibration targets.
