Service Engineer

Would you like to work on high-tech generator sets on board superyachts? With us, you combine top-level engineering with freedom and responsibility. If you’re eager to work internationally, explore new technologies, and continue developing yourself, we’re looking for you.

What will you do?

As a Service Engineer for our own brand, Zenoro, you will work on premium generator sets found on some of the world’s most exclusive superyachts. You ensure they operate perfectly — both in our workshop and on board worldwide.

Your responsibilities are varied and include:

  • Performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on site (internationally, several times per year)
  • Carrying out Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) together with classification societies
  • Combining multiple disciplines: diesel engineering, electrical engineering, control systems, and power electronics

You will work in a small, close-knit team with a high degree of independence. You are our technical representative and a key point of contact on board, with plenty of room to grow in your profession.

Who are we looking for?

Technology gives you energy. You enjoy variety, responsibility, and a touch of adventure. In addition, you bring:

  • A completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering)
  • Experience with combustion engines and/or generators
  • Flexibility; international travel is not a problem for you
  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, including in English, and the ability to communicate effectively with the Chief Engineer and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the maritime sector (is an advantage)
What do we offer?

Working on Zenoro means operating at a high technical level, gaining international experience, and being part of an informal work environment where you can develop yourself. You can expect:

  • A competitive employment package
  • Company phone and laptop
  • Collective insurance plans and an employer contribution to a bicycle plan
  • A high level of freedom and responsibility in your daily work
  • Career advancement opportunities and technical training (fully funded by us)
  • An engaged team with short communication lines
