ZENORO GENERATORS <130 kWe

On superyachts up to 40 meters, the engine room rarely has space to spare. This range covers Zenoro’s marine generators up to 130 kWe. Our compact units are engineered and built on the reliable John Deere engine platform. Each set is designed, built, and tested in-house at our facility. They can serve as either an emergency generator, in reserve until the main plant fails, or an auxiliary generator, carrying the superyacht’s day-to-day electrical load.

John Deere base

The engine base for this range is John Deere. It is a platform Zenoro’s engineers know from the inside: predictable behavior under load, established parts availability, and direct contact with the manufacturer. We have been a John Deere distributor for years, with parts and service support available worldwide. The engines are built for heavy-duty, off-road conditions, delivering consistent power under sustained load.

Pre-engineered design

Sets in this range are pre-engineered, built on years of experience and configuration. The standard design covers a compact enclosure with a steel frame and high-class insulation materials, meeting high noise reduction levels. Several custom options are available on request. Supplied from stock, we can ensure a short delivery time.

Emission complaince

In this power range, IMO Tier III is exempt. Optionally, a Xeamos DPF/soot filter aftertreatment can be added to enhance the onboard VIP guest experience. The unique Zenoro enclosure is designed to seamlessly integrate and support the Xeamos aftertreatment system.

Leroy Somer alternator

Alternators meet the requirements of Maritime environment. They are type approved and standard equipped with a new digital AVR which allows easy configure and monitor, a regulation accuracy of +/- 0,25% is acquired.

John Deere Marine engine

Modern common rail fuel systems and factory marinised engine. One-side serviceability of fuel, oil filters and air filter.

Engine controller

ComAp marine practice digital engine controller panel to control and engine protection. Compatible with any modern generator controller, allows REMOTE SPEED BIAS voltage or current control. Limited engine and generator functions are available to ship monitoring system

Interconnections

Raw water inlet and fuel centralized at right side from service side. Standard cut out for electric cable connections, optional Roxtec covers available. Wet exhaust, in rear integrated in fixed panel, standard equipped with wet exhaust temp. sensor (PT1000).
