Zenoro Commercial can be customized with an exhaust SCR after treatment system required to obtain IMO Tier III emission levels.

Engine controller

ComAp marine approved digital engine controller panel to control and engine protection. Compatible with any modern generator controller, allows REMOTE SPEED BIAS voltage or current control.

Many engine and generator functions are available for ship monitoring systems.

Alternator - Leroy somer or stamford (optional)

Alternators meet the requirements of Maritime environment. They are type approved and standard equipped with a new digital AVR which allows easy configure and monitor, a regulation accuracy of +/- 0,25% is acquired.

Realiable, heavy duty marine engines

We use very reliable heavy duty John Deere marine engines, from 4.5 liter up to 13.5 liter. These engines are marinised in the factory of John Deere.

John Deere has an excellent reputation in the marine market. Service and spare parts are available worldwide.

Classification

Our generators are always factory load tested and optional classified by all classification societies as Lloyds, ABS, BV, GL-DNV, Rina and others.

Quiet and low vibration

Standard: optimum soft 40 shore rubber mounts.
On request: rubber design mounts for single and double elastic mounting for ultimate comfort.

Various alternators

Both Leroy Somer and Stamford marine alternators are available in various voltages. We also provide oversized execution and options for various AVR models and/or additional bearing or winding temperature sensors.

Standard sensors

Standard durable sensors are used for oil temperature and loss of coolant, extra add on sensors are available for all classification requirements and/or the comfort of the crew on board.

Waste heat recovery

Waste heat recovery can be built on the skid the for more efficient energy use and a smaller footprint.
